Security, Privacy & Responsible AI

ExecutionHubAI is designed to help delivery professionals accelerate project governance, planning and decision-making—while maintaining high standards of security, transparency and human accountability. We are committed to protecting customer data and ensuring AI is used responsibly across every workflow.

Data Security & Privacy

  • All uploaded documents, project information and generated artefacts are stored within secure, private workspaces.
  • Access to data is controlled through role-based permissions, ensuring users only see information relevant to their responsibilities.
  • Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard security protocols.
  • Customer data is never used to train public AI models or shared with other customers.
  • Customers retain full ownership of their content and may delete projects, documents and generated artefacts at any time, subject to applicable retention policies.
  • ExecutionHubAI follows security best practices to protect against unauthorised access, data loss and misuse.

AI Usage & Transparency

ExecutionHubAI uses artificial intelligence to accelerate document creation, analysis and delivery governance. AI is designed to support human decision-making—not replace it.

  • All AI-generated content is clearly labelled as “AI Draft — Needs Review” until approved by an authorised user.
  • No AI-generated artefact is automatically published, distributed or shared without explicit human review and approval.
  • AI-generated outputs are linked to source information, project context and decisions used during generation to support traceability and accountability.
  • Users have full visibility into the confidence, completeness and source inputs used to generate recommendations and artefacts.
  • ExecutionHubAI does not make autonomous business, delivery, financial, legal, compliance or operational decisions on behalf of users.

Responsible Use Policy

ExecutionHubAI is intended for professional project delivery, governance, transformation, portfolio management and operational improvement use cases.

Users are expected to:

  • Review and validate all AI-generated content before using it for business decisions or external communication.
  • Ensure outputs align with their organisation’s policies, governance standards and regulatory obligations.
  • Verify the accuracy, completeness and suitability of all generated artefacts before approval or distribution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Generating intentionally misleading, fraudulent or deceptive documentation.
  • Creating content that violates applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations or organisational policies.
  • Attempting to misuse the platform to produce harmful, discriminatory, malicious or non-compliant outputs.
  • Circumventing security controls, access restrictions or audit mechanisms.

ExecutionHubAI reserves the right to investigate and restrict usage that violates these principles.

Human Accountability

ExecutionHubAI operates on a human-in-the-loop model. Users remain fully responsible for the outputs they approve and act upon, including:

  • Reviewing all AI-generated outputs before use.
  • Making final business and delivery decisions.
  • Approving artefacts before distribution or external sharing.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable external regulations.

AI-generated content should be treated as decision-support material and not as a substitute for professional judgement.
