Bring the context
Start with a brief, workshop transcript or existing project documentation.
ExecutionHubAI transforms fragmented meetings, briefs and project documents into structured, reviewable delivery artefacts—so skilled teams spend less time administering work and more time moving it forward.
Built for Business Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, PMOs and technology leaders.
Working multi-project platformPre-revenue, but beyond the idea stage.
Critical context is scattered across meeting notes, documents, emails, spreadsheets and delivery platforms. Teams manually rebuild that context into requirements, risks, decisions, tests and governance—again and again.
ExecutionHubAI creates the intelligent layer between the information your teams produce and the execution artefacts they need.
STRUCTURESBuilt around a simple principle that protects judgement and accountability.
Start with a brief, workshop transcript or existing project documentation.
ExecutionHubAI recommends and drafts the artefacts your delivery moment requires.
People refine the output, preserve context and remain accountable for every decision.
Turn individual artefacts into a clearer view of risk, readiness and delivery health.
Move from portfolio context to generation, governance and executive decisions without losing the evidence behind the work.

Capture the objective, delivery stage, stakeholders, constraints, risks and source evidence.

Recommend role-aware artefacts and check relationships such as story-to-acceptance-criteria coverage.

Surface prioritised decisions, governed coverage, confidence, priority and recency.
Built around how technology projects are planned, governed, reviewed and delivered.
Requirements, risks, tests, decisions and evidence become traceable rather than isolated.
Confidence, approval and evidence states remain visible while people retain accountability.
As governed evidence grows, cross-project patterns and decision intelligence become richer.
Task trackers manage work. Generic AI generates content. ExecutionHubAI builds governed execution intelligence.
Enterprise delivery decisions require evidence, context and human judgement. ExecutionHubAI keeps people in control of what becomes approved delivery truth.
Read our Responsible AI & Security principlesAI-generated outputs remain drafts until a person reviews and approves them.
Customer information remains customer information and is handled for the agreed purpose.
Artefacts retain the context, relationships and governance state behind the work.
Controls, transparency and enterprise readiness are developed alongside capability.

“Some companies begin with a plan. This one began with a partnership.”
ExecutionHubAI was founded by husband-and-wife team Clarice and Milan Nagar—two people who have spent their careers on opposite ends of the same problem, united by a shared belief that technology teams deserve a better way to execute.
Clarice brings more than 18 years of experience shaping how enterprise technology delivery actually works—the decisions, pressure and human effort behind every deadline. Milan brings a deep, exacting discipline in quality engineering, testing and product assurance—the conviction that nothing is truly done until it can be trusted.
One understands how work moves. The other ensures it holds. Together, they built something neither could have built alone.
ExecutionHubAI is the product of that partnership: a South African-built platform designed to turn fragmented project information into connected, reviewable and governed execution intelligence—built not just for speed, but for staying power.
This is not AI built to replace human expertise. It is AI built to stand behind it—to carry the weight of administration so people can carry the weight of judgement.
Built from experience. Strengthened by quality. Driven by purpose.
We are selecting ten South African technology delivery teams willing to test real delivery workflows, provide structured feedback and help measure the platform’s impact over 30 days.
